Trading conditions

NUMBER 11

NUMBER 11 sells crepe paper - in many colors and of the best quality. Our crepe paper can be used for paper flowers, table decorations, wrapping details, hair ornaments and a host of other possibilities. We offer occasional workshops and a range of DIY kits in our webshop, where in addition to crepe paper you will also find accessories and tools. Color rendering

WE LOVE COLORS! And we do our best to take pictures with correct color reproduction. However, elements such as lighting, photographic equipment, screen display (yes, even the eyes that see) can help to influence the color reproduction. You must therefore assume a risk that what you see on your screen does not match the actual color completely. Also be aware that crepe paper cannot withstand direct sunlight and is generally vulnerable to light. It may be a good idea to keep this in mind if you have a standing bouquet. Avoid placing it on a windowsill or other places with direct, natural light and please turn the bouquet regularly so that any bleaching happens "evenly". NUMBER 11 disclaims any responsibility for the bleaching process that takes place when/if the crepe paper is exposed to light. The amount and type of light determines how quickly this process will take place, just as some colors are more delicate than others.

Quality

Crepe paper is produced according to old traditions and small irregularities in the processes and thus in the finished product must be taken into account. If you experience small cracks, that parts of the roll lack structure, that two rolls of the same color are not 100% identical and the like, this is something we must look at with love for the paper's creation. You will also find that two rolls of the same quality sometimes have different textures. Both during production, winding and packaging at the manufacturer, these small deviations can occur, which in the vast majority of contexts we can "cut around". If you have received a roll of paper that you feel does not meet your expectations, please contact us.

Instructions for MobilePay: Unfortunately, our webshop cannot handle mobile payments, but you can pay with MobilePay. Select "Manual payment" in the payment process and complete the order. You will then receive a request in MobilePay. Once approved, we will process your order.

Instructions for e-invoices: Unfortunately, our webshop cannot handle sales to public bodies, but we are happy to receive your order at kontakt@no11.dk and take the dialogue here so that we can create you and send an e-invoice.

Delivery

It is our intention to ship your online order as quickly as possible so you can get down to the creative work. Fortunately, it's busy here most of the time, and since we're still a small business, you should expect 2-3 days of order processing before shipping (applies to weekdays and when we're not "holiday-hit"). NUMBER 11 generally sends parcels with PostNord or GLS for delivery from the parcel shop. For this purpose, we need your telephone number, your address and your e-mail, so that we can send a message when the package is ready for delivery. You are welcome to indicate your preference for carrier/delivery location on your order. Alternatively, the system automatically selects a delivery location near your delivery address. When we send your package, you will receive an email from NUMBER 11 with confirmation of dispatch. When your package is ready for delivery, you will receive an email and/or an SMS from the carrier. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel from the parcel shop on time. If you have not received a notification about collection of the package within a week of placing the order, you must contact us at kontakt@no11.dk for clarification. We reserve the right to invoice the actual costs for return shipping if you do not pick up your package or reception is refused. NOTE: If you ask for delivery to a non-EU country, you must be aware that customs duties may apply to your order.

Return and right of withdrawal

Of course, we follow the Purchase Act! This means that if you have regretted your purchase, you can return it within 14 days in the same condition as you received the item(s). Please note that entire rolls of crepe paper and PanPastels must be in unbroken packaging. StarterBox and DIY kits cannot be returned as they are cut specifically for your order. If individual rolls are returned from a BIG PURCHASE, the original discount expires.
If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, please send us an email with your order number and which products you are returning to : kontakt@no11.dk . You pay for the return postage yourself.
Return goods are sent to:
NUMBER 11, Gl. Røsnæsvej 36, 4400 Kalundborg, Mrk.: Return , and we ask you to include a copy of your invoice with the shipment - or at least note your order number. Once we have received your package and approved the item's condition, we transfer the purchase price to you ( ex shipping costs).

Complaint

We always do our best to give you a positive buying experience and strengthen your desire to work in the creative field. If, contrary to expectations, you experience errors or deficiencies in your order, you must of course contact us so that we can remedy this as soon as possible . Write to us at kontakt@no11.dk and describe the problem + your order number - preferably supplemented with pictures. We would like to point out that paper that bleaches over time does not form the basis for a right of complaint, as it is a condition of the material that cannot withstand either direct sunlight or water/moisture. We naturally hope that this will never become an issue, but if you are in a situation where you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you can complain at www.forbrug.dk or the Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaint Resolution, Toldboden 2 , 8800 Viborg.
