How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

To make it simple, all shipments (to Danish addresses) cost DKK 45,- regardless of volume. The amount covers packaging, package filling, plastic pocket, printing of address label and postage. For orders over DKK 600,-, the shipment is free of charge (to Danish addresses) - unless it is a sale, stock sale, campaign sale or similar.

Hvordan kan jeg betale?

I vores webshop kan du betale med Visa/Dankort og PayPal.

Alternativt kan du betale med MobilePay. Det gør du ved at vælge "Manuel betaling" under Betaling. Herefter sender vi dig en anmodning via MobilePay. Når den er godkendt, bliver din ordre håndteret. Læs evt. nærmere under afsnittet 'Betalingsmetoder' på siden 'Handelsbetingelser'.

Hvis man ønsker at indkøbe til en skole, institution el.lign. og skal bruge en e-faktura, kan vi også klare dette. Du skal blot vælge "Manuel betaling" og huske at angive  institutionens EAN-nummer i kommentarfeltet samt information om, at betaling skal ske via EAN.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

GENERAL: 
We ship as quickly as we possibly can - just to be safe, please allow 2-3 days of handling before shipping (this applies on weekdays and when we are not closed for holidays, which can happen as we are a small company). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how long the package is in transit once we have shipped it, but most often it takes 1-2 days for delivery. IMPORTANT: 
When we ship your package, you will receive an email from NUMBER 11 with confirmation of shipment. 1-2 days later you will receive an email and/or SMS from the carrier when your package is ready for pick-up (unless you purchase home delivery). If you have not received a pickup notification within a week (from placing your order), please contact hej@no11.dk for clarification.

We reserve the right to invoice the actual costs of a returned package that has not been picked up at the parcel shop.

I can't track my package?

If you have been sent a shipping receipt but your package number is not working, it may be because the tracking system has not been updated yet or because the package has not arrived at the carrier. Packages are generally not collected on weekends. So if the tracking is problematic, it is a good idea to wait a little while before trying to track it again.

Hvordan opnår jeg storkøbs-pris?

Accepted Answer

Når du køber hhv. 10 ruller/ark eller 25 ruller/ark crepepapir, opnår du en rabat. Storkøbsprisen fremgår af produktsiderne. Vær opmærksom på, at dette kun er gældende inden for den samme kvalitet og ikke på tværs af kvaliteter. Du kan således ikke købe 5 ruller 180 gram + 5 ruller 90 gram og opnå rabat på dette køb.

Can I reserve an item?

Accepted Answer

We will be happy to set an item aside for you if you pay for it immediately (excluding shipping, of course). We can then send it with your next order, in which the shipping will also be included.

How can I use your templates?

If you download a free template or buy a DIY kit from NUMMER 11, you can use the templates to create all the flowers you want. In thousands of colors and different paper qualities.  You may not share, copy, distribute or sell any templates you receive from NUMBER 11. We have put a lot of work into creating and developing a creative universe where you can find joy and materials for your own creative projects. This work can only continue if everyone accepts that templates are for personal use. Thank you for understanding...

How can I pay?

In our webshop you can pay with Visa/Dankort and PayPal.

Alternatively, you can pay with MobilePay. You do this by selecting "Manual payment" under Payment. We will then send you a request in MobilePay. Once it is approved, your order will be processed. Read more under the section 'Payment methods' on the page 'Terms and conditions'.
