Fixativ Spray is applied in one or more thin layers when you have colored the crepe paper with PanPastel. The protective surface seals the color and reduces the risk of the color spreading. The best effect is achieved by applying Fixativ immediately after applying PanPastel and letting the product dry completely before assembling the flower.
